Job Description/Requirements

  • Territory Sales Lead – Nairobi, Meru, Garissa, Mombasa
  • Manage and oversee complete fee for service, Corporate county sales, account management, cash business and activation team for outpatient vertical for the assigned region
  • Drive sales activities in the assigned region and responsible for business growth Achievement of monthly footfall and revenue target for FFS & Capitation, cash business and county sales for the assigned region
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Preparation and timely submission of sales reports, participation in weekly, fortnightly and monthly review
  • Responsible for improving brand value and visibility by means of organizing activations/ medical camps and events
  • Manage and oversee activation/ camps/ events/ roadshows/community connect for all the schemes of outpatient vertical
  • Liaising and PR with all insurances & Corporate officials, doctors, referring hospitals at Branch and territory offices.
  • Responsible for customer delight for FFS, Corporate, Cash and County Scheme clients
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Responsible for reduction in costs coupled with increase in revenue and improved ROI

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience

Skills

  1. Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet ability
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills ·
  3. Strong analytical skills · Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk · Excellent sales, negotiation and public relation skills ·
  4. Good planning and organizational skills ·
  5. Ability to work calmly under pressure
  6. Language Skills · English · Swahili

2.     Regional Business Manager – Coast Region

Job Description/Requirements

  • Prepare and present proposals to corporates ·
  • Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team
  • Support and supervise daily Territory Sales Leads’ activities ·
  • Prepare and present daily regional reports
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customers base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, advertising heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
  • Follow up on all services queries for the signed-up clients, plan and attend service meeting, address and provide timely feedback
  • Maintain proper record of prospects made, activities undertaken activations, medical camps done and give a written report every month.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and elder -care facilities in order to generate sales for both.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
