1.      Junior Operations Analyst – Glover Experience (They/She/He)

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Own the communication strategy of your country (content, channels, targets, and material) for the riders/glovers
  • Be the owner of the Glover Experience in Country (Courier’s keeper)
  • Give life to your craziest ideas to generate community management and activities (events) for the riders
  • Work closely with P.A to improve couriers image in the country
  • Negotiate local benefits and perks for the riders
  • Customize the global Brand Book to the local culture
  • Generate market insights from focus groups, surveys, interviews, and others to understand the riders
  • You will work in sync with the Regional and Global team to increase ROI for the company
  • Follow up courier app- caring about the aspect of the app

You have:

  1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, economist
  2. 3-5-year experience in communications or public relations is a plus
  3. Excellent local verbal and written communication skills in Kazakh, Russian and English
  4. Stakeholder and accountability skills
  5. Proactive, analytic and objective focus oriented
  6. A person who knows the local culture in-depth and is capable of identifying interesting insights to improve glover’s experience with Glovo.
  7. Team-player and problem-solving skills, a positive person
  8. Ability to execute fast and well-done activities and events.
  9. Good vibes

You will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.

  1. Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
  2. Optimize Glovo visibility in our partners through marketing actions and our marketing kits
  3. Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customer
  4. Get feedback from our restaurants and translate it into product improvement
  5. Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
  6. Forecast and track key account metrics

You have:

  1. Customer Service or Business Consultancy
  2. Preferably experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry
  3. Effective English written and communication skills
  4. Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
  5. Organized and detail-oriented
  6. Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  7. Great interpersonal skills
  8. Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
