1.     Dispatch Supervisor


This position is responsible for managing the customer order and efficiency of each of our truck routes, communicating specific delivery details to our drivers, and tying up loose logistical ends before final delivery times.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/logistics
  • Has at least 3 years’ experience as dispatch supervisor or similar position
  • Has at least 2-years’ experience working in delivery or logistics management.

  • Confirms produce quality and quantity before all orders are dispatched.
  •  Plan, review and optimize upcoming delivery routes
  •  Double-check the projected volume vs. capacity for upcoming routes
  •  Communicate final pre-delivery details to each of our drivers.
  • Ensure that each delivery executive confirms receipt of notes before delivery.
  •  Respond to delivery executive inquiries or issues while on delivery
  • Occasionally fill-in as a driver/delivery Executive during times of team members’ leave, illness, or off.
  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions

2.     Quality Control Specialist


This position is responsible for the quality control process upon receipt of product (both Farm and purchased), our on-hand inventories, and the products being selected for customer deliveries.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelors of Science in Quality Assurance/Degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related Quality Control experience; thorough knowledge of quality management practices and statistical techniques
  • Familiarity with fresh produce both local and international (quality expectations, varieties, case packs, etc.) is required.
  • Knowledge of market operations and item prices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an Agriculture business company is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge and application of all agriculture produce merchandising expectations
  • Developing training processes for each individual who handles or interacts with the products

  • Undertakes quality control process upon receipt of product (both Farm and purchased)
  • Check the quality of incoming and outgoing produce from a company, as well as the produce sourcing procedures
  • Design, implement, and improve company sourcing process and quality standards.
  • Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
  • Examine product for defects such as blemishes, imperfections, marks, cracks, etc. as it pertains to the company’s quality standards.
  • Understanding customer expectations of and needs in a produce.

3.     Sales Executive

Position Overview 

  • The position is responsible acting as the bridge between the company and clients. They are the first contact with the client and have the responsibility of effectively mapping solutions to client needs and ensuring they successfully turn a lead into an account.

Required Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales and marketing or related field.
  • 2 Years working experience in sales preferably in FMCG Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation

  • Cultivate and maintain a healthy pipeline for designated solutions through lead and opportunity generation.
  • Meet Minimum sales and collections targets, as set forth by the Manager.
  • Leverage Sales automation tools for appropriate report and analysis by the General Manager.
  1. Customer relationship management
  • Manage client relationships, introduce clients to new and additional products and ensure client retention.
  • Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys, providing feedback to the General Manager and implement new measures to increase satisfaction when needed.
  • Analyzing and understand market trends through customer feedback and research. Update General Manager about the same and liaise with practices.
  1. Corporate Positioning
  • Understand the go to market strategy for each product and appropriately execute sales.
  • Give presentations, seminars and briefings to clients articulating Kwikbasket Value Proposition.
  • Provide relevant reports needed on time.
