1.     Business Development Executive

Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for revenue generation through new clients, managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with existing accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships and secure contracts with new clients and grow existing clients’ business.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered by the company.
  • Write business plans and proposals for all current business opportunities and tender applications.
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and support effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Act as an interface between the client and all relevant divisions.
  • Keeping track of contract maturity and re-negotiating for extension.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field.
  2. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting set sales target.
  4. Experience in direct sales and or account management in various business sectors like media, advertising, technology or tourism will be an added advantage.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication i.e., strong command of business English.
  6. Excellent negotiation skills.
  7. Possess good interpersonal skills and influencing ability.
  8. Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  9. Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
  10. Proactive and Team player.
  11. Highly self-motivated.

2.     Talent Sourcing Associate

Job Description

The Talent Sourcing Associate will support the execution of recruitment projects that will be assigned from time to time.

  1. He or she will take the signed off job profile together with any pertinent information required to sufficiently understand open vacancies; and make any clarifications or recommendations that will improve their search efforts.
  2. Using information provided, undertake a candidate search from tools provided, their own personal databases, networks and  social media to identify possible suitable candidates that match the profile provided by the Talent Acquisition Lead.
  3. Conduct a preliminary check on the sourced candidates to confirm that they match the job requirements.
  4. Submit their candidate longlist that will include their CVs and contact information to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Qualifications

  1. Preferably posses an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a business – related field.
  2. Have 1 – 2 years’ work experience in the recruitment function or at a staffing agency.
  3. Must demonstrate strong people skills.
  4. Must demonstrate well developed communicaion skills.
  5. Must demonstrate strong influencing ability.
  6. Must have well developed research and sourcing skills.
  7. Must demonstrate ability to work on several projects at the same time.
  8. Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and be discrete.
