  1. Creative Operations Assistant

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our company as a Creative Operations Assistant. As part of our operations team, you collaborate with multiple team members, leaders, and stakeholders, participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth, efficient operations which will include planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing various content creation and marketing campaigns for a range of products and services. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. They will have previous experience creating digital content and should have photography, videography, graphic design, and editing skillset. In this role, you will juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Multitask across multiple projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.
  • Creating/producing content as a photographer, graphics designer and a videographer for Twiva, its clients and partners
  • Maintaining a great relationship with influencers, creatives, and clients.
  • Administration of the Twiva’s content creation studios
  • Creation and maintenance of Content Marketing planner and schedule

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
  • Experienced with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
  • Being a Social Media Influencer is a huge plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and articulate the benefits of our services.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate proposals, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other business developers to ensure company quotas and standards are being met and performing market research.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in a relevant field (marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration) or equivalent work experience

  1. Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Business Development Manager to extend our reach through discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships, and influence business development strategic initiatives for Twiva. This position provides leadership through a highly consultative approach with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the Business Development manages and provides leadership to the business development department to ensure growth. Highly skilled at sales, people management and business development, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee overarching sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and managing sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Managing and offering leadership to the business development department. Coordinate with other business developers to ensure company quotas and standards are being met.
  • Developing goals and targets for the business development team and ensuring they are met.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
  • Train Business Development team, arranging external training where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and develop rapport with clients and partners.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our company as a Creative Director who will be a content strategist and content producer. As part of the marketing team, you collaborate with multiple team members, leaders, and stakeholders, to bring a mix of marketing and content production expertise to promote Twiva and our valued clients. We are looking for creative genius, an experienced manager of people, someone that can inspire others, taking our creative to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences and must work well under pressure as they manage diverse teams working on multiple projects under strict deadlines.

Role and Responsibility

  • Work with the Twiva and its clients as creative lead for all projects to produce new ideas for marketing and promotional efforts that bring client products and services to market
  • Spearhead and manage content strategy for all projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
  • Write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including website, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, and more
  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences for diverse audiences
  • Ensure work is delivered with the highest levels of creativity and production value, and that it meets or exceeds industry standards
  • Be a “hands-on” creative director and guide and direct content production initiatives
  • Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
  • Supervise the overall quality of creative output and provide direction and leadership on creative project plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film, Media, Communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years  of related experience of creative direction in an advertising agency or branded content production company
  • Creativity! Approach each project with a fresh take, ensuring that every customer receives content that suits their needs
  • Highly organized — manage multiple projects from concept through completion
  • Customer service oriented — listening, understanding, and problem solving skills to help customers discover what they need
  • Deep understanding of established and emerging trends in digital content consumption and audience habits
  • Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
  • Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production is preferable
  • Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
  • Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash
  • Have the ability and courage to inspire creative ideas and pursue them aggressively.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing creative strategies.
