As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing operational procedures that are required to run the day to day activities of the company. You will liaise with cross functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire operational experience within the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Receive, Inspect and record inventory in the Inventory account system.
  • Minimize lead time from the time of order to the time of delivery.
  • Lead communication efforts between suppliers and Ilara Health in establishing availability of Inventory.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate company needs on an on-going basis.
  • Provide operational feedback for development of operational strategies.
  • Grow and develop existing clients through operational specific growth strategies.
  • Address operational problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction within the company.
  • Be involved in the commercial performance and growth in the share of the wallet of accounts.
  • Work with cross divisional teams to meet the objectives and goals of the company.
  • Build strong communication with the sales, product development and Customer Success teams that support clients to establish high customer satisfaction.
  • Any other duties assigned to you by your line manager.

Qualification

  • Sound knowledge of Administration and Marketing (BSs/MA) ideally in the waste management sector. However, not a must.
  • Good experience in Renewable energy
  • Sound knowledge in supply chain management.
  • Strong intercultural knowledge and communication capability
  • Dynamic/proactive entrepreneur with structured working style
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Knowledge of German desired but not a must

Responsibilities

  1. Pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
  2. Identify sales leads and procurement possibilities and establish relevant structures
  3. Design a strategy for a sustainable liquid waste collection system.
  4. Develop a suitable export strategies
  5. Design, maintain and monitor company databases
  6. Responsible for development of local quality management process
  7. Establish good and effective line of communication within the local team.
  8. Support in legal compliance.
  9. Prepare reports for local country management.
  10. Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  11. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  12. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
